The higher profit before tax for the current year quarter ended mainly due to the ONE-OFF GAIN arising from THE DISPOSAL OF INVESTMENT PROPERTY amounting to RM2.3 million.

Still a good stock despite the one off gain. They have already disposed their bad apples in business. Hence, the core operations would remain profitable from now on.

I might buy some this week. But i think this stock will Gap Up since you mentioned about the free warrants and dividend... Hope i Can get haha..
