MCA can opt as a social community forum using the money accumulated as a service to the people. The rot started way in the 80's-90's where influential leaders battled each other and kowtow to UMNO. from BN partners MCA become a servant relying on Malay votes to win their seats. playing balls and agreeing with the EC . where one man one vote becomes a manifest into 150,000 Damansara voters against Putrajaya 20,000 voters
