Thought got very cham... haha... Not that deadly. Just a matter of cash flow management. The condo return still ok. Nowadays, want to earn positive cash flow in properties is bit difficult. Unless your properties is bought before 2010. 2010-2014 is goreng-goreng. Most of KL/selangor landed went triple and condo went double.

Subsale market is actually still ok. New properties market is actually the one kena. Too much new projects in 2013-2016. Now all finished sekali gus. Supply > demand.

Nevertheless, location is everything in properties market. In mid and long term, you will never rugi if the location is strategic.
