Better reduce it to Rm500k for all landed houses

And for high rise condos better reduce them all to Rm300k

This horrible glut of condos will cause many people to go bankrupt later. And some banks overexposed to high loans for condos also hit badly

Should fully open up the market so that foreigner can goreng our properties until sky high and all malaysian become super rich.
