Lets put it this way...the bulk of msian graduates oversea especially non bumi still chose to come home...but they end up working for chinaman or multinational companies mah...!!

Very negligible work for govt or GLC companies loh....bcos of discrimination mah....!!

Stockraider you are only half right. Discrimination exists in both government and privately owned Chinaman companies. We sometimes don't acknowledge the ketuanan Cina in the private sector

Ok ...Lets put it this way loh....!!

Why bumi feel discriminated in chinaman company leh ?

1. Some chinaman company need mandrin as a conditions...bcos it deal with mandrin speaking customers like china & taiwan...but majority do not have the ability to converse & write mandrin mah..!!
This is situation is the same like malays wants the approving authority of halal certificates...must be a muslim mah...how non muslim can do the jobs leh ??
U see if malays can acquire the mandrin skills, the chinaman will still appoint them...but on the other hand...the non muslim can never...take the halal approval certificate jobs...even if they know & understand the sop approval & process, bcos they are not muslim mah...!!

2. Generally The non bumi...are not so pampered mah....they knew...if they are not competent & determine....they have no future mah...on the otherhand the bumi have many choice...like they can get into civil service mah...!! Thus majority opt to work for chinaman and multinational company mah...!!
But even Chinaman company they also make use of bumi strength especially liaise and dealing with government department mah..!!

3. Remember this loh...if the non bumi do not work with private company where else they can go leh ? Since the public sectors take more than 90% bumi mah....!!

Basically the Bumi...is actually discriminating the non bumi in malaysia....bcos of govt policy & the entitlement attitude of special race mah....!!
But The non bumi still can survive bcos they work harder in the private sectors mah...!!
This drive them to do well in the private sectors loh...!!
