The idea more like going to a pawn shop to sell your belongings. Rather than use their business skills to turn the land into a money-printing machine. Continuasly churning out profit and then pays dividen for many years to come...

Not really

Income generation can come thru many avenues

1. From doing business like buying and selling

2. From providing services like dayang and perdana doing Topside maintenance for Petronas

3. From building and selling houses

4. From investing in lands. This one is from land sales that brought in 22 sen profit

5. By other investments

6. By buying bonds or puting money in Bank FD

So if there is buying then there will be selling also

Only thing is

Whether it generates profits at the bottom line
