VIVOCOM签2框架协议 购资产引股东

VIVOCOM公司（VIVOCOM,0069,创业板科技组）签署2项框架协议（HOA），先探讨透过现金和发股方式收购大股东拿督斯里谢国忠（译音）旗下V-发展私人有限公司，再探讨引进Golden Key组合私人有限公司（GKPSB）为公司股东。

该公司发文告指出，根据首项HOA，集团将与大股东探讨和建议透过现金和发行每股4仙价格的新股，收购同样从事产业发展业务的V-发展股权，以扩大现有产业发展业务。

随后，VIVOCOM公司与Golden Key组合探讨入股事项，以向后者发售公司每股3.5仙价格的新股，借此筹措资金。

目前，VIVOCOM公司已委任大华继显为上述计划的顾问。同时，基于上述收购献议属相关人士交易，因此一旦双方达成下协议，VIVOCOM公司将委任独立顾问来确保整个计划公平和合理。
