Talk cock n bull.

Same issue highlighted for umpteen years without any sound resolve.

Crack the whip on employers, only then you will see the result.

Revoke licence for those who do not comply or better, tell them to shift their operation to foreign workers home country.

Rhetoric! No action talk only! As long as illegals are cheap labor, politicians getting their cuts, enforcement getting fed, Malaysia will continue to be hotspot for foreign workers!
