Topglove has less than 20,000 foreign workers.

Screen them all immediately and early.

After screening, those who are positive can be quarantined for 10 to 14 days. Most of them should be asymptomatic due to their age and good health. The few who are symptomatic will need to be admitted for isolation and treatment.

Soon, these workers will be back to work again. The challenge is to keep Covid infection occurring again. Public health measures: washing hands, wearing mask and social distancing. Good housing helps to contain spread in any new outbreaks.

Vaccines help but will not solve the Covid pandemic anytime soon. Be prepared to live with this disease for many years to come.
