Don't give excuses if you cannot do the job.

There are countries with much more gigantic borders who are able to control the flow of illegals.

Excuses, excuses and more excuses! Just accept that enforcement too corrupted! It's open secret they are getting like few hundreds per illegal in Sabah! It's in Indonesia news!
