It is the "Implementation NOT the STRATEGY ". Selangor got LOADS of Vaccines ( According to KJ) ..... BUT did NOT administer it . So Selangor Health System 'GROSS and Negligent ' for NOT Promptly Mobilised the Vaccination. As a RESULT the "Delta" virus got MORE serious and pass the TIPPING POINT of "Containment" of the COVID situation.

Also immediate wide SCALE TESTING should be the STD procedure once detected in factories, Industry, housing estates, Flats, Condo, etc. Weed out the Carriers and Isolate. But did SELANGOR do it ??? Or where They Sleeping ??
