Does the increase in CASES and DEATH due to COVID say ANYTHING ? Govn was SLOW in the Vaccination ROLL OUT . Now the Delta Variant is entrench into the COVID cases. Does the GOVN know what this means ?? NOTHING except FAILURE by the Govn to contain the COVID cases when the OPPORTUNITY was there 2 months ago.
