Pattaya NEEDS to UPSCALE !!! Current Model is already OUTDATED and Income from TOURIST is INSUFFICIENT. Move up the VALUE CHAIN. TAT ( Tourism Authority of Thailand) is CORRECT to UPSCALE to HIGH SPENDING tourist like the CHINESE who are willing to PAY TOP $$$ for Originals . Arami, Channel, Etc products . And have a Good Time Overseas !!! Whilst ..... Malaysia is Still Stuck in Old Concepts for Tourist.
