Just make a statutory declaration that the children opt & are applying sole citizen ship under his mother rights as a malaysian citizen loh!

Btw...if there is problem of dual nationality under msian mother....what about dual nationality under msian father leh ??

what if sulu lanun father, Sabahan mother-so give IC? what if bangla father, MY mother-give IC?

Simple mah...either u can opt for sulu father citizen or mother msia citizen loh!
