Some of the reconnaisance must be done using Malaysian plane code to do the spying. So that Chinese is unaware of this reconnaisance activity. Not all data catbe colllected using extreme high altitude spy planes. It’s like why do we still need man or woman spies when we can infiltrate a nation by deploying internet reconnaissance?
