Is the POLICE officially saying that ALL SENIORS are INCAPABLE and PRONE to ACCIDENTS and HARM to others ? That is ASSUMPTION of "GUILT" ... " Without Due Recourse to Justice " of ALL SENIORS ?? ..... That is what the POLICE are SAYING !!!!!! BRAVO ..... !!!! Enforcer HAS become the JUDGE !!!!!!

Who is going to pay for the medical certification expenses ?
At least the age limit set could be higher, say 75.
