Unfortunately things do happen to our women! I assume this women were left by their spouse! So yeah, they are caught in bad situation!
Coming back to Malaysia but their children are not recognise as malaysians!
We have to look at it in compassion manner! If this malaysian women come back for good, then we must facilitate citizenship for their children! But if a malaysian man bares a child with non malaysian women, then of course the rule of law says the women must get citizenship of their country!
Let's be compassionate to this unfortunate event! Especially to our malaysian women!

they just need to amend the word 'father ' in that pertinent section of the constitution to 'father or mother' to take account of latest global level developments in gender equality

it's only a small amendment to be made, the great majority of rational minded right thinking MPs would support it, I reckon

Even no amend the Judges will interpret 'father' include 'mother' encompasses the full or all the parent of the children mah!

This silly malay dungu govt, still try to argue otherwise loh!
