After Developed Nations of the WEST HAD 'Destroyed their Forest, etc ' since 1900 till 2010 and CAUSED CLIMATE change .. They NOW want the 3 world nations who CANNOT afford "Oil , Gas or SOLAR/WIND " to REFRAIN from the CHEAPEST source of energy. ARE THESE RICH WESTERN NATIONS ... WILLING to SUBSIDISE .. Reneweable Energy for these .."Third World " nations ???? STOP DREAMING ....... !!!!!!
