As for HIGHER taxes or WINFALL Taxes for Plantations. STRONGLY ... Hope this WILL be IMPLEMENTED. Govn HAS HUGE SHORT-FALL in Revenue. Taxing the RICH PLANATIONS will be beneficial ......
