Governments must be changed themselves! For power generation, use nucklear power plants! Hydro should be good too! Solar and wind will be more on alternative side! A huge politicial power to shift towards mass transpiration like HSR, LRT and commuter! For last miles, EVs are the best!
But we dont' see that at all! I think most of us are ready to shift towards EVs for last miles but governments are not!

China, Singapore and Japan are among few who already shifted towards that! The rest are all talks!

unfortunately no government can handle the truth about global warming. The world won't get any better for a long long time.
