Migrant workers God father Andy Hall and ILO already jointed hands to sabotage our Malaysian reputation so the only way is to provide all migrant workers with good housing,, good salary with no OT, good working environment plus yearly bonuses otherwise we will face the punishment from USA, UK or so called big power nations..
On the other hand, these workers are not grateful that they get employment in Malaysia and no body were forcing them to come here to work here. Most of the exploitations were actually done by their own fellow country men during recruitment that involve among other thing lending money at usurious rates to these workers. In their own countries these so called forced labour can't get jobs and the working conditions are far worst than here. I must state that I am against any forms exploitation, and labour must be treated with respect and fairly paid. What is surprising however, many well known international clothing brands for example, are using very cheap labour working in horrible and unsafe factories in for example Bangladesh and elsewhere too, but we don't often hear from these importer countries banning these imports?
Do u know how unproductive a local worker is leh ??
Study have shown 1 foreign worker is 3x more productive than the local mah!
Thus some companies rather spend more to take care of the foreign workers in order to ensure its sustainability of business loh!

Primary role of government is to care for it's OWN CITIZENS not foreign workers. The government must ensure locals are not unemployed and receive better remuneration and all benefits taken care.
If the government acts as a foreign workers agency then definitely these emboldens crooks to masquerade as agents. There will be no control on influx of foreign workers and certainly locals unemployment will sky rocket. This will attribute to social problems like increased crime, corruption, suppressed salary hence contribute to inflation.
Employers are blood suckers. Luckily I am not the HOME MINISTER, otherwise the business of foreign workers will be burnt to ashes. Any employers insisting on foreign workers will be told to SHUTDOWN and shift their business elsewhere.
It does not matter if the industries DIE. BETTER the EMPLOYERS DIE instead of the RAKYAT. FOREIGN WORKERS ARE FOREIGNERS and have no business in enjoying CITIZENS RIGHTS.
FOR too long these employers are enjoying vulgar profit.
What is grateful definition to the foreign workers? Foreign workers would say we use our sweat and blood to help you manufacturers doing the dongkey jobs that the local people don’t like to do so…the manufacturers making good profits should be grateful to us and help us to solve our debt bondage in the home country.
No forced labor issue when a company makes good profit and at the same time their foreign employees is enjoying in 3 stars apartment, pay same with the local, comfortable working conditions , no passport withholding by the employers and no debt bondages at their home country….in overall, it’s equivalent to the local employees treatment standard la.
Might as well stay put & do the full manufacturing at high cost countries like Germany, switzerland, Usa, Japan and Australia mah! Since little labor is use mah!
They chose msia bcos cannot fully automate & cost of labor cheaper and have access to foreign labor mah!
Wanna fight with the customers to prove they are wrong? Are you thinking as a businessman or normal folks? People don’t accept fairy tale stories when a big company is enjoying good profit and their employees living conditions suck, debt bondages, pay lower than local employees…..
The only way to solve this problem is to BAN lowly educated cheap unskilled foreign workers. If companies and FMM insist on foreign workers, revoke their operating licence and ban FMM. SHUTDOWN traitorous companies and dissolve FMM.
Cheap uneducated foreign workers are all we wanted mah!
This uneducated productive foreign workers will be most productive & they will create opportunity for better economic growth and greater quality employment opportunity for the local more loh!
Do not be BOLOH!

Some Malaysians are taking advantage of this foreign workers. They employ them to run their petty businesses.
The government must clearly define where and which industries these foreign worker must be employed.
BAN them from service industries or petty businesses.
bangla can work in agriculture, plantation, fishery, VG farming, anything can increase food supply to cut down the inflated food cost. the rest -NO....locals can do the job
Msia must use its competitive advantage like cheap labors, good infra, easy going, cheap cost of living mah!
With cheap cost living local can enjoy greater buying power & this is help & achieve by the very good productivity of foreign labors
Think lah!
Love malaysia mah!
What & Why move out leh ?
Just free up the control on foreign labors & let the companies employed whatever foreign & local labors they want mah!
Like that govt get tax revenue, local get quality appointment & the country economy can grow mah!
Everybody very happy mah!
Think lah!
If can fully automate why chose msia leh ??
Might as well stay put & do the full manufacturing at high cost countries like Germany, switzerland, Usa, Japan and Australia mah! Since little labor is use mah!

One word. If a manufacturer is unable to invest in automation then move out the factories to low labor costs countries lor. It’s so simple.
Don't bullshit of cheap labor at the expense of local people salary. Salary won't have much different between 20 years ago. Go for automation and hiking productivity value chain.
Malaysia should use its competitive advantage now while still can mah!
Msia must use its competitive advantage like cheap labors, good infra, easy going, cheap cost of living mah!
To attract more investment loh!
With cheap cost living local can enjoy greater buying power & this is help & achieve by the very good productivity of foreign labors
Btw...in 20 yrs time msia no longer...cheap, rich & competitive bcos of corruption & wastages mah!
Then no labor problem mah....msia will be exporting msia labor & will be competing with bangla, combodia, nepal, phillipines and indonesia in the international market mah!
Think lah!
Rubbish lah!
Currently Cheap uneducated foreign workers are all we wanted mah!
This uneducated productive foreign workers will be most productive & they will create opportunity for better economic growth and greater quality employment opportunity for the local more loh!

What turning point...if the policy are silly leh ??
We need foreign workers to keep the economics wheel moving mah!
If can fully automate why chose msia leh ??
Might as well stay put & do the full manufacturing at high cost countries like Germany, switzerland, Usa, Japan and Australia mah! Since little labor is use mah!

Many businesses are thinking of how to improve productivity through automation to move up the value chain. Our guy here wanted us to draw salary 20 years ago for Malaysia to remain competitive. wakaka
If the the min pay Rm 5000 but your meals cost u Rm 50 per meals...it is better that we stick min pay of rm 1300, where the meals only cost rm 8 per meal.
High pay means high inflation mah!
Thus high pay only a syiok sendiri situation mah!
If we increase min pay to Rm 5000 but our ringgit depreciate to USD 1 to Rm 20.00 in order to compete in international mkt also no use loh!
Most importantly, it is the purchasing power with a controllable inflation & productive worker mah!

Competitive in what senses? Drawing peanut salary 20 years ago for Malaysia to remain competitive ?
banyak gaji buta wakil rakyat, menteri, ADUN, penjawat awam kena tanggung. since gomen makan sama boss, boss makan kuli gaji. balu boleh untung ma... boss mana ada $$ go automation, IT investment??
need to have real productivity gain....in order to increase salary in order to avoid inflation loh!
Ask yourself can the local can beat the foreign labor in terms of productivity leh ?
Like 1 local can be 3 times more productive than the foreign labor or not ?
If yes u can pay the local Rm 4,500 & pay the foreign worker Rm 1,500 mah!
Like that productive gain...no inflation & no currency depreciation mah!
Lu tau boh ?

same with property price, so damn high beyond many salaryman affordability. high compliance cost, legal cost, conversion premium one of the factors. property developer sure transfer the cost to buyer. what have selangor Pakatun do to reduce the house price?
I remember i bought my 1st double storey house for Rm 170k, when i am earnings rm 4000 a mth mah! The bank interest rates was 12% pa loh!
Now this house cost Rm 950k....and the best interest rates is 3.6% pa loh! U need to earn Rm 10,000 per month mah!
Meaning the house price has appreciated 5.5x but the salary needed to afford this house need to appreciate by 2.5x only mah!
Meaning effectively u buy house cheaper now....base on your salary affordability compare to 25 years ago mah!

Those do not understand economics will simply say banning foreign labors & just raising the local salaries are the answer to the labor & productivity problem loh!
All these factors have linkages of cause & effects to our competitiveness & cost of livings mah!

LOL.
Hiring foreign workers creates unemployment for Malaysian citizens. It also cause side effects like increased crime rate, corruption and discrimination. Only employers andpoliticians get rich while a lot of citizens are denied their basic rights for employment.
Economically, outflow of ringgit is in astronomical amount, yes, in billions. Imagine each foreign workers repatriate RM 1000 each month and multiply that with minimum 1,000,000 foreign workers. If that money remains within Malaysia, it boost domestic spending and Malaysian benefits. With outflow, other countries get the benefit and a loss.
Only employers and people with vested interest in foreign workers benefits.
Plantation industry can simply ignore the forced labour issue since their products are targeting to India and China consumers. The price of CPO is trailing soy oil movement. The consequences would be low valuation in share price due to ESG. Plantation companies still able to enjoy decent profits.
US play foul. use forced labor as an excuse to sanction our competitive products. same as what they did to china xinjiang cotton. US biggest export to worldwide FOC is covid virus
i praised, look high upon hardworking Indon, never complained. whistleblower of ATA is Nepalian lah...waloe, i thought all nepal buddhist gentleman, that's why hire as security guard
Foreign workers come to Malaysia to work for money and remit back to their own lands helping their families. This is the basic needs to be fulfilled. What loyalty, moral... this and that are nonsense to them.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
