The non bumi do not want to compete with the bumi in the govt service, but hope the Govt will leave them alone & do not feel jealous, when the non bumi are successful & wants to get a piece of the the entreprenurial action on a free ride price mah!

This is what they actually do.

They want 51% of your company and fill up with their people for employment. You do the donkey work to make the profit.
