Why buy Jaya Tiasa when the company did not pay dividend for so many years?

When you know a company is not honest enough to be transparent to shareholders. When you see timber lorries leaving the warehouse at midnight, when profits are never declared properly... You know that even if Jaya tiasa makes money, you will not benefit from it. Everyone in Sarawak knows this, I'm surprised kyy didn't know the history of the tiong family in sibu.

There is a reason why Jaya tiasa is so "under valued".

The very well managed plantations’ realized CPO price for FY 2021 was $4,300+ and achieved very high earnings. FCPO April was about $6,900 and spot price is even higher. Don’t have to be overly worried of temporary price correction. That’s just my view .

Tobby, KYY next article only Jaya Tiasa is hopeless, I should have bought those well managed plantation companies. Because by May every well managed plantation companies reported another record profit and dividend except Jaya Tiasa

Jaya Tiasa is ok as it has 206,000 acres palm oil and 1.9 million acres of forest concession about 11 times Singapore land size of 180,000 acres

With both palm oil and Logs prices up Jtiasa should see better times ahead

Every one should do independent self study

CPO output over EV value would hv been a better metric instead of MC/hectare as the former will reflect plantation yiekd and gearibg

Also, bulk of Jtiasa plantation land is rented from major shareholder
