The point is competitions....at the end less economic moats & eventually most of the products become commodities loh!

In palmoil it is different....U got a very tangible products.....the cheap farmland....churning return to us 24 hrs a day....by producing FFB loh!

And there are many alternative use for lands which are limited resources mah!
