Also, current EPF saving with yield of 5% and accumulation for another 5 years contribution with the same yield will provide around ~$780K in total. Upon retirement, there are ~$38K dividend per year (~$3200 per month) with yield of 5% from EPF alone.

不足的数额是60万4252??? The saving to EPF and own for age 41 to 45 was not calculated!!
If we take working for another 5 years, 25% contribution to EPF with 5% dividend will yield ~$177K ($2550 contribution per month) ; Own Saving at $4700 per month with 5% return will yield ~$327K.
With the above, there are additional ~$504K available.
For the ~$1171K, extending another years with return of 5% will yield another ~$58K. Hence there are additional "saving + return" of ~$562K.
If she just worked another year, there will almost enough to retire with the needed amount mentioned. Worst case, extending one more year (totalled 2 years, age 47yo) will be more than sufficient.
