LOL! It is already beyond reach for majority of Malaysian home buyers, even at RM300K.
Salary is still at stone age range but inflation, interest rate, tax and goods and services prices, skyrocketed. Real estate business in Malaysia is dead except for those who wag their tails along those in corridors of power.
