Best if can cap oil price at USD 10 per barrel. Then Russian economy will collapse straight away. Why $60 instead of $10? Why still need to import oil from Russia? US is the biggest oil producing country, if US decide to sell oil at $10 per barrel, EU will be able to get US oil cheap cheap. Why EU ministers are so dumb? Cap US oil at $10 and the whole world will benefit.

If oil goes to US10 per barrel, i am sure most of the oil extractions (from crushing shales) in US would close down. But Saudi and Russia still can withstand.
