Crisis in health sector is self induced and it was foreseen decades ago when half bake and specific species of students are enrolled into medical faculties without proper qualification while meritocracy is flush down the toilet bowl.

Surely when u increase min pays, overtime pay, more leave pay like maternity will result in higher cost, thus employers need to cut cost & making business more efficient by trimming some of less efficient employees plus deadwoods loh!
