It's better to ban such communication medium.
It does more damage to a country than helping.
Security is under threat. Unverified news and one man's grudge post could create storm.
Severe damage would have occur, including fatalities and property loss, before authorities bring it under control and identify the culprit. Total ban will save the day.
These social media companies are only bothered by profit.

If I have the power, I would wipeout social media or reduce it's scope of interaction.
