since the above on a scam for the above, why has it not been stopped? The scam is still ongoing with a new IPO on Panda. What is seccom.my.com doing about this ongoing scam. Your good name Koon Yew Yin is being used and tarnished by fraudsters.

To add on the article, PLYTEC has conducted its IPO and all of its share placements through legitimate means i.e via its investment bankers. Investors should be more careful and not easily believe Whatsapp messages intending to solicit money using PLYTEC's good name.
