They discharge everywhere, on the walkway and staircase. Their poop smell is unbearable and cause vomit. Those who feed them should be punished to clean the cat's mess.

My neighbours need to pay public fines because their cats keep on coming to my house to poop 💩. I will catch them and make satay meat 🍖 if I am furious…
