$200m rgt per km for KL-Sgpore HSpeed railway? In China ,cost between $17m-$30m usd, France $24m USD per km, in Spain $27m usd. Roughly about $100m rgt in other countries, which includes PROFIT. So the consortium and cronies will be laughing to the bank with $200m rgt per km price tag
