If NAJIB case is in China, first his 2.69b will not be income and no $1.7b LHDN demand letter. It is the biggest joke that $50b corruption criiminal is asked to pay tax. Is the Malaysia government encouraging more corrupt criminal to set up base in Malaysia. In China Najib will get death sentence and ALL THE BILLIONS in his bank account wiil be forfeited by the government. Here he can even joke that all those billions are for CSR. Now Madani government dont chase Najib for billions, instead going to suck the rakyat through GST.
