anwar is seeking to covertly bribe b60 voters with this scheme. just imagine if 4 family members qualify in a b60 house. the govt will pay rm800 in total per month. and if they only have one car and one motorbike?

think about it. if you don't use a vehicle, why do you need the subsidy?

and why not insist that only registered vehicle owners are eligible for this scheme.

isn't the whole idea to SAVE money, not bribe voters with the petrol subsidy budget?

Stop giving any kind of subsidies. Why burden government operation with unnecessary paperwork, money and workforce? This is Soooooo unproductive.

While we try to save subsidies, we are spending more money in the end to build all kinds of database applications just to collect Malaysians data again and again like PADU. By the time this PMX govt figure out the subsidy greatest solution, I think RM billions would have been spent on just one simple database app like a univ final year project. Funny thing is we have so many silo databases sitting in govt depts that are not integrated. We keep on registering our information again and again in duplicate systems???

So Raja Formula is using B60 now? How about T1, T2, T3? M16? The Govt have collected so much vehicles' taxes from B, M & T groups on all vehicles, that should be reduced before he talks on RON95 . On top of that, endless extensions to toll operators. How about subsidised tolls too? All these are created out of political necessities to win votes instead of enhancing the economy and lifting the purchasing power of the rakyat.
