I had bought 10000 Cuscapi shares on 21st January 2013. Can anybody answer me whether I would be entitled for the right, bonus, warrant and what not? Thanks. New investor

Not entitled if u not buy the right issue although u have the ORIGINAL SHARE...
Subscribe the right issue and u will entitled to warrant and bonus share..
Will this will be another Amedia?

Jonasteh: As long as you hold the existing stock until final entitlement date, your 10000 shares would be entitled to:
1) 5,000 ordinary shares under subscribed right issue
2) 5,000 Warrant A (free) provided that you exercise your subscription of clause (1)
3) 2,500 bonus shares provided you subscribed right issue as per clause (1)

I guess: Price of Right Issue: RM 0.24
Board of Directors will announce exact subscribed price in early March 2013. Alternatively, pls attend the EGM held on 21-03-2013 at Grand Dorsett Subang, Selangor of which one of the agenda is Right Issue's approval.
2) In early March, the Alloted Offer of Entitlement will be forward to you by normal mail.
