One of the substantial shareholders, Mr. Song is disposing his shares in the open market and someone is picking it up. That someone could have expertise in the power plant project and plenty of cash reserve at hand to support the Song Hau II project. I believe more more excitements is on the way since the project is already approved in 2021 and all the hard work started in 2012. Now it is in fruition it is hard to just ignore the enormous earnings and safe returns on this asset.
