連虧7年‧研發i-medic有突破‧繽紛多媒體可翻身？2016-04-03 19:27




股價低於10仙的公司，十之八九都是些業績或基本面極低迷的公司，這是馬股的事實，也是《股海撈月》至今不曾沾手這些“仙股”的原因。


然而，本期要破例了。



今次要討論的這家公司，業績和基本面都處低迷狀態，唯一讓我們感興趣的，是該公司研發的一項稱作“i-medic”的流動醫保系統。

現成資料有限之故，我們不敢自作揣測，因此特與該公司主席兼董事經理吳家義作了一次深入專訪，挖掘更多詳情。

這家公司，就是繽紛多媒體（PALETTE，0005，創業板科技組）。

成立於1997年的繽紛多媒體，創辦人為科技專才吳家義，2001年在馬股上市；成立以來，該公司一直主攻無線通訊網絡和電腦相關業務，除積極爭取國內商機外，也曾試圖將業務版圖開拓至海外多個國家。

然而，面對電訊業快速轉變，加上激烈市場競爭，繽紛多媒體業績自上市起即一直處波動狀態，遲遲無法穩定下來。

更糟的是，踏入2008年後，其年度營業額更是敗挫剩不到400萬令吉，導致公司自此踏入延續7年的連虧，直到去年才因獲銀行銷賬而轉虧為盈，惟整體營運數據依然疲弱。

截至2015年12月31日止財政年，繽紛多媒體營業額只有230萬9千令吉，淨利則達218萬5千令吉；不過，若扣除368萬令吉一次性債務減免，全年業績其實尚未擺脫虧損。

2014年在中國推出i-medic

發現原有業務弱點，也為了建立更穩定的收入基礎，繽紛多媒體早從2011年起開始研究多元化業務的途徑，並圈定了流動醫療市場，著手研發新產品，最終成功在2014年於中國推出i-medic。

吳家義受訪時指出，i-Medic的概念非常簡單，即公司設立軟件和雲端平台，然後尋找醫生或醫院合作，替身處醫院外的顧客提供貼身流動醫療顧問與診斷服務。

他解釋，醫生或醫院過去只有在病患問診或入院期間，才能提供顧問服務及賺取收費，但i-Medic專攻的卻是預防和病後痊癒期的市場，這不但讓民眾獲得更完善的醫保關護，也能擴大醫生或醫院的收入來源，因醫生會向使用i-Medic的病患徵收費用。

“當患者出院後，醫生便無法時刻追蹤病情，最多只能要求患者作定期診斷；然而，若患者在醫生要求下使用i-medic，醫生就能持續監督患者情況，及早發現問題，這對醫生和患者來說都是好事。”

他補充，i-medic現階段共能連接15種診斷設備，包括血壓測量器、血糖儀、體脂指數（BMI）機、氧量計、呼吸器（CPAP）、心電圖等等，涵蓋的診斷指標超過180種，可讓不同醫生各取所需。

“我們的概念是讓i-medic成為醫生或醫院所能提供的其中一種必備服務，就好像一般的驗血、掃描服務般。只要醫生認為有需要，病患就得使用i-medic，讓醫生能時刻監督病患狀況。”

前週，繽紛多媒體的i-medic取得2014年推介以來的最大突破，那就是獲中國格里芬國際公司以約200萬令吉簽下i-medic在中國成都的獨家代理權，吳家義深信這將明顯加快i-medic在市場的滲透速度，同時為公司帶來經常性收入。

吳家義解釋，雖然上述200萬令吉是已確認收入，但公司其實仍保有盈利共享權益，即在授權地區內，只要有人付費使用i-medic，相關醫生、格里芬國際和繽紛多媒體都可按預設比例分獲應得的收入。

格里芬國際是家專為保險代理提供行銷平台給富有人士的公司，擁有大量現成客戶與投資者，這是繽紛多媒體看中該公司的緣故。

此前，繽紛多媒體原是自行找尋合作醫生和醫院，再與醫生共享i-medic收入，但由於潛在市場太大，自行開拓速度嫌慢，近期才決定以頒發經營權給合作夥伴的方式拓展這門新生意，以加快滲透速度。

續為i-medic覓合作夥伴

“未來，我們會繼續為i-medic尋找合作夥伴，進一步開拓中國流動醫保市場。”

詢及i-medic如何與具備保健功能的移動式穿戴設備（如iwatch、小米手環等）競爭時，吳家義回應兩者無法直接比較，因i-medic是專為流動醫療市場而設的專業系統，是已獲醫療當局認證的醫保產品，這是只能作簡單體檢、且不獲認證的穿戴式設備無法比較的。

“穿戴式設備的體檢功能，其實只是些簡單的測量，不是醫保產品，這與i-medic完全不同。真正的醫保產品得先經當局認證，還須背負相關法律責任，但這也是穿戴式設備製造商盡可能避免的。”

今年有望轉盈

吳家義還指出，由於從事軟體開發生意，公司每年營運開銷大約只有250萬令吉，其中有80%或200萬令吉是用在研發活動，加上貶值壓力甚微，因此只要能取得250萬令吉以上營業額，就足以取得營運盈利。

因此，他看好在i-medic收入明顯增加下，公司今年可望轉虧為盈。

在2015年，i-medic只為繽紛多媒體帶來41萬6千令吉營業額，但在與格里芬國際簽下額外200萬令吉交易後，i-medic的貢獻幾乎肯定會在今年明顯增加。

須找更多合作夥伴

不管怎樣，《股海撈月》認為因繽紛多媒體目前只找到第一位合作夥伴，i-medic是否足以扭轉公司命運，其實仍待觀察。

相信只有在該公司未來找到更多類似格里芬國際般的合作夥伴，進一步壯大經常性收入基礎的時候，業績才可望達致可持續的轉虧為盈，讓公司更具看頭。

在那之前，或許繼續觀察才是正道吧。

Right word relax, palette 4 weeks trading lowest is 0.06 which means the shares had only appreciated 1.5%. Just compare present bull with others IT counters and u will know for sure palette chance is near for gap up.
