The chart is Cup And Handle formation, very bullish chart.
If coming quarter result is very good, the probability to win is very high.
I project 14 million net profit, EPS is 0.03.
PER = 15, the target price is 0.45.
It is also a resistant level for technical chart.

Technical parabolic curve (cup), usually will shoot up high. In matter of time.

But this stock is not only technical play.Have strong fundamental and good future business prospect on health medical app. Current project in China and Russia. Two countries frontier in online health technology i presume. At least good business opportunity in the sector in current and next year. Good prospect for the end of this year and next year too(for ucrest).They are partnering with Keyasic.

Wave 3 in the making which is the longest in elliot. No seller. Buyer more aggresive. Thats why its not easy for the stock to go down. Even if its go down it is just because of market drag down. Not the value of the stock itself.

share price should be next year FY2019... I forecast their profit RM20M, at PE 15x = 300M.. share price today should be 0.65... cheap cheap by.. it is only PE of 7..
