If im Ucrest i wont be worried because im far ahead than other companies . If local cannot do it , they will find me for a solution . Also, Russia is quite famous with its medical skills as well

Ucrest is Cloud platform provider....not a mere Emr provider. EMR needs a platform for convenient storage and retrieval.
