My opinion is to push up the price all the way with rumours like last week's..
If the price up to certain crazy price then will sell on news..

But 40.5c is not crazy price...

1.5 B contract will push up the price to 75c...

One indian man in the bod in s5 is linked to muhyiddin. And muhyiddin's son in law has some linkage to one of the minority interest in s5(avocat). From my experience, muhyiddin likes to use son in law's friends to take advantage of the contract. S5 wins no matter who wins.
