JAG BERHAD - CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 30% OF THE EXISTING TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES IN JAG BERHAD | MalaysiaStock.Biz
watch this green energy freak, benefitting from the incoming commodities supercycle could be the next klse dark horse - the only bursa company that turns trash to cash
go long with this company despite the fluctuations and noises.
hi mhanaS, that's not a bad idea either however both are 2 different companies in terms of the types of wastes they're recycling :
in JAG Bhd, you will know from its report that it recycles :
SW110 - Waste from E&E assemblies containing components such as accumulators, mercury-switches, glass from cathode-ray tubes and other activated glass or polychlorinated biphenyl capacitors, or contaminated with cadmium, mercury, lead, nickel, chromium, copper, lithium, silver, manganese or polychlorinated biphenyl
as for TexCyle, they do not recycle SW1 ( metal and metal-bearing wastes), however they predominantly recylce SW3 ( Wastes containing principally organic constituents which may contain metals and inorganic materials ) and SW 4 ( Wastes which may contain either inorganic or organic constituents)
based on the link I shared earlier, copper prices and ferrous metals are on the rise in tandem with the shortage of supply and overwhelming demand worldwide - hence the prediction of a commodity supercycle in the near future
JAG benefits from this, as their core business is in recycling SW110 - a booming E&E industry bores well with this little giant as well.
that said, it's still worth to hedge our bets and count Texcycle in as they recycle SW3 as their core business which JAG does not.
That is why the counter not flying. The mind is thinking 23sen yet the eyes see 33sen. This disparity causes suspicion. Often we hear share price cooked up to affect PP price. The JAG investors are wised up folks. They are having none of it. Let's see how long this round of circus goes on. As we have seen before, it will stop eventually.
PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 161,035,400 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN JAG, REPRESENTING NOT MORE THAN 30% OF THE EXISTING ISSUED SHARES IN JAG TO INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY INVESTOR(S) TO BE IDENTIFIED AT A LATER DATE =accepted
