Googled MGO..it's 33% . But Eddie has previously triggered it ard 30% and then Lo Behold, PAC with Eddie will add on to make it above 50%.My observations only. No hard and fast rules!

Yup have to wait until neck long but what to do, man can plan, Eddie decides.
Opcom don't need money as sitting on rm88 million cash after placement and ESOS.
Opcom is actually jewel as recent EPS is good, nett cash of rm60 million plus major shareholder is Eddie.
Only price not right only

Trust me, Opcom will never never become Hextech.
You know why, because Opcom got too many retailer like you n me sitting inside dreaming Eddie will goreng it one day.
Hextech can go so high because no retailer inside, the counter is fully corner.
Opcom has too much retailer.

Someone said Opcom is cash rich and no need money for right issue, then for me cash rich is even more dangerous. When the company has too many cash, Eddie will proposed something like sell his personal asset to this cash rich company and transfer out all the cash.
Please study SWSCAP, see how he propose SWSCAP to buyover those useless vacant land from HEXTECH, then all the cash of SWSCAP will be channel to his own company.

Pang72, you're right. All retailers lost patience long ago and are now chasing EWEIN, SFTECH etc.
I have strong feeling OPCOM already 70% above cornered. See who the 3% above shareholders and do your maths and you understand what I mean.
Also there is PAC there's holding the already bought shares of >20% in nominee's. Old trick .
