cash from operation rightfully at range of 10% already super good.

Cash from operation now ard 15mi per quarterx4=RM60mil a year.
with current share price it is yielding 25.8% , P/E only <10, net cash.

if reach RM0.20, still yielding 22.6%
if reach RM0.25, yield 18.1%

it should be able to afford RM0.01 in div, given 60mil cash getting now.....5.5% div yield.
not surprise even if can pay 0.02. =11.4% div yield!

@paperplane, agree with you. Even a 1 sen dividend is too low compared with the directors pay and stock options.

CIMB Research report : management said annual capex at RM15m - RM20m. Annual Report 2015 showed EBITDA RM62.3m. Should be higher this year since company is now not only debt free but has interest income from their cash pile which according to the recent Star article stands at more than RM60m.

Net cash inflow after capex ( even assuming at the top end ) is easily more than RM43m. All this is after the directors remuneration of RM4m.

Conclusion : Every 1 sen dividend is only RM13m. Can easily pay more.
