The banks trust oil market is recovering and PETRONAS will explore development fields. Perisai will be in business soon. In my perception, the outlook is positive. There are ministers involved being stakeholders, and PNB will not let it drown easily either.

Actually the writing is already on the all as the extensions has been granted many times (14?)...11 Feb. could just be the final extension?...just read and decides for yourself...

Can buy and keep , even delisted no worries because can still be relisted after Perisai settled the debts. With oil prices going up and up, Perisai will shine again if not this year , maybe next year. That is the risk for long term investments.
