Jan 16th is past the deadline by Bursa. The counterclaims are equally tough which includes damages claim. I will be surprised if there is a amicable settlement on Jan 16. I am waiting for the announcement on the listing status of Perisai... Cheers

By appealing to Bursa would mean there is still hope for a Happy new year. Bursa should be viewing favourably to the extension request given that the P Kamelia legal issue had to be resolved on Jan 16. Perisai will remain suspended till then. My confidence in its listing remains... Cheers

I always say the stock market is a very cruel place. Its a place where you taste your own blood. Not many are able to handle the financial losses & many do not recover from such losses. The prolong silent sufferings in the end, affects their mental state. They become depressive. Sadly, they will never seek medical help & they remain sick as to this day.
