At the AGM, the Management indirectly mentioned that it needed more time to sort out P Kamelia's issue. They have done what they possibly could do to have P Kamelia released. When it will be released is now with the court. We can expect another extension, if Bursa agrees to it.
So far i never seen any extension provided before.. when bursa gave for the first time for perisai... It shows the potential perisai have.. but to be noted perisai is the first o&g stock to go until this extend too according to the news.. read it in the star on the day of suspension..
@fastranger & @ronaldolow5479... Whatever said thus far, I am still very confident Perisai will not be de-listed come Dec 31st. It will however continue to be suspended...I have to admit Perisai is very ill without Perisai Kamelia.
Yeah i believe so.. but if it still suspended due to kamelia issue... Than perisai will take very long time to relist... I can see kamelia issue since 2014...
@fastranger... Towards the end of 2014, the world crude oil plunged which saw a major pull-back in investment in the O&G industry worldwide. Petronas too postponed it's investment in Canada. During such economic downturn it is only natural to see companies involved in the O&G go into financial difficulties. Perisai being one of the companies. I embrace distress companies caused by economic downturn & will continue to have confident in them through their challenges. Cheers
Now what.. gt contract ready.. than some1 will comment so little amount not enuf to cover perisai debt... Like we are so dump that we dont know that.. this is just the first one.. more to go...
He definitely have something.. if not got ppl always visit this page mehh... Just so caring to save others... I think he bought at high price and rush to sell when they announce suspension.. n now hoping he made the right damn stupid decision.. hahaahha
@ronaldolow5479... At the AGM it was stated that the regularisation plan must include the business contribution of P Kamelia. We know that she currently being detained. Perisai are currently waiting for her release. The deadline is getting nearer. Since every efforts have been made, I can only see Perisai appealing for the extension of suspension instead of immediate de-listing. Cheers
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

If perisai failed this time, management also Game Over. Corporate and stakeholder benefit is consistent.
