According to a little bird... the Management are not prepared to confidently state when Perisai will be relisted... Very cautious Management. AGM is still on...
Things don't look encouraging as the Management have repeatedly stated that the final say in re-listing lies with Bursa. 2 conditions have been given for Perisai to comply.
Yeah it seems.. i nvr get any good news.. seems submission will be there... But oil price nvr recovered compared to first submission... And unable to get some high value petronas jobs.. will be the major drawback.. any one got news on RRPT?
this is the problem with counting the chicks b4 the eggs are hatched....For all u know, u may be left with all rotten eggs....and shitting bricks in ur baggy pants...
From what I gather & the reason why the Management were cautious in their replies... is centred on Perisai Kamelia, Perisai's key asset. As we all know P Kamelia is currently detained and not in operation though the Management is currently working to uplift the detention. This is the only condition I believe Perisai is not able to fulfil. As a result Perisai's listing status hinges on Bursa's kind consideration.
Implications to arise if Perisai is de-listed as a result of P Kamelia issue. .. Corporate restructuring exercise will collapsed & RM1.2 billion debts will never be recovered.
Yes, I am still confident Perisai will not be de-listed. Just encountering challenges along the way.
The ONLY way out is to secure sales, projects, contracts....No point talking all this sht. if NO sales, can go to hell already.....The rest r just academic....Period..
The next stage after receiving approvals to all its resolutions is for the Investment Bank (IB) to come out with a rescue plan for submission to Bursa. Perisai is not able to submit the Corporate Regularisation Plan as expected to Bursa because of the P Kamelia issue. For as long as it is being detained, P Kamelia cannot be in service to generate revenue or bidding for contracts.
It is not only us, the retail shareholders who are anxious on the listing status of Perisai, the secured & unsecured Creditors are equally anxious. The long list of Creditors includes commercial banks both local & foreign.
Is Perisai too big to fail... Let's hope for the best
Yes, if Bursa were to decide strictly based on it's conditions set & profitability, Perisai which is a distress company due to the economic downturn since 2014, need to be de-listed. No doubt about it. I know for one, shutting down listed companies arbitrarily is not the role of Bursa. You guys actually have the answer... Cheers
Only Bursa. If you are listed on Bursa then you play by their rules. Hope you can appreciate the differences between rules, guidelines & laws... Cheers
Opinion aplenty. Ask yourself what is the best solution out for Perisai. I must emphasised that Perisai has a debt of RM1.2 billion. Every one knows without the listing status, Perisai will immediately go into liquidation. Whatever can be said, I still strongly believe Perisai will not be de-listed. And re-listing Perisai is not against the law. Cheers
The bloody revenue/sales is shrinking faster by the quarter than your dicks with time...how to have profit???...no need to waste time in trying to resurrect a corpse...period.
@scwmike8... Seriously speaking, I think you need medical help. This I3 forum never fails to trigger your anger. It's an indication you need help. Regards
I m fine....At least I dont live in denial or try to mislead others on the prospects of the stock....I call a spade a spade....this Company is Farrrrked....face it...period.
@scwmike8... If you feel fine, can we then have a more matured exchange of opinions. We don't have to use profanities in our exchange. Profanities leaves bad taste behind. Let's have friendly discussion... Thanks
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
