yistock: The large increase in their earning for the previous two qrt is because of the selling activity of its SIMAT shares , their initial invetment was 7mil, if they are able to sell off all the SIMAT share, they will get roughly 40mil, what a freaking deal. Anyway, they are planning to start the propeties busines now, from what I can tell, they are like joining the party which is almost over.

yistock:you are right, I dint read it, so I am not in the position to judge or comment , but we cant deny the big jump in its earning for 2013-2014 is because of SIMAT, and a tech company jump into propeties industry doesnt sound right to me, especially at this kind of timing right now where we can sense the propeties market is getting shaggy, dont you agree?

yistock: look at the 97, how many listed company are down to hell or close to bankrupt?? When the market crash, we are not the victim, but alos those you so-called listed company BOSSES.. And they are planinng to build 77 unit of SEMI-D during 2014, it was posted in OLD news. :)

Like I said, I am not in the good position to judge it, as I dont really take a good look at it, but I just think it is risky to do the propeties business now.
