if you like to exchange ideas with me, just for your info.
I bought the 3 rights with 2 warrants at a total cost of 9 sen
now 3x5.5sen= 16.5 sen
2 warrants assumed= 3 sens
total return 19.5 sen
less 9 sen
net return 10.5 sen, against a cost of 9 sen.

I m really happy and appreciate

From the announcement, the proceed of the right issue + warrant shall be utilized for the RE project. Not sure Vsolar have apply for the concession right to sell RE power from SEDA and TNB as they claimed in the prospectus? Any sifu here can help to answer?

in my view, probably I need to sell the rights, months after next monday..i believe there will be a big drop in price as some people will start to sell and take profit..Probably goes under 3cent too.
But judging from the trend, it will go up.

In 2012, Vsolar did Renounce Right Issue of up to 153,747,000 shares. That time, after the announcement, the stock price didn't drop that much. But come Monday, issue up to 1Bil new shares !! Think the price will drop more, compared to 2012 scenario.

In this case, if the mother price 5.5 sen, its wb 2.5 is possible.
If wb 2 sen, then i very happy.

If trading at 5 sen above i consider upwards.
As this shld refer the exprice of 4 sen+-.
Well those who chase after ex, expecially shooting up to 14 sen will take it going down at this moment.
It is very important to understand a counter, before n after ex.

those retailers bought after ex-date above 0.055 and chase high at 0.07-0.08 in past 3 days will start panic sell by Mon when see the price dilution below 0.05.

good time to collect low by Mon.
