GPACKET has RM210 million debt in the form of exchangeable medium term notes (MTN) attributable to their investment in P1/webe
TM subscribe to this RM210mil Green Packet’s issued MTN, but this MTN is exchangeable for about 19% of P1/webe shares currently held by GPACKET
So it seems a very high likelihood is that GPACKET will release the remaining 19% in P1/webe to TM to clear its MTN debt and focus on other areas. GPACKET is not a majority shareholder in P1/webe and already transferred the management to TM, P1/webe recently appointed its new CEO from TM
So if TM is going to launch webe tomorrow, it will benefit TM more instead of GPACKET in the long run

I had just taken my profit by selling all shares in hand for this counter at RM0.255.
Only made RM0.01 profit from this counter.
Quite risky on this counter.
Dun dare to keep too long.
Will consider to reenter at RM0.235 - 0.24.
